Health & Safety at the Gallery
The Wilma W. Daniels Gallery is committed to your safety, and is following all the guidelines set forth by state and local health officials.
Guidelines for Patrons
- Face masks are encouraged/optional.
- Please do not come to they gallery if you have any of the following symptoms:
– Coughing
– Shortness of breath of difficulty breathing
– Fever
– Chills
– Repeated shaking with chills
– Runny nose or new sinus congestion
– Muscle pain
– Sore throat
– Fatigue
– New GI symptoms
– New loss of taste or smell
- If you have symptoms, contact your healthcare provider for instructions. COVID-19 testing is available through New Hanover County. Call 910-798-6800 for information.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, please use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Thank you for being patient and kind to all volunteers, staff, and each other as we all try to adjust to a new normal.
Facility Safety Protocols
- Our custodial staff has been thoroughly trained on best practices to keep our facility clean. They use both a “hands-on” approach to hard and frequently-touched surfaces and commercial disinfectant sprayers for soft surfaces, such as our seats and lobby furniture.
- All staff and volunteers have completed the Count on Me NC Covid-19 Business Training.
- Staff and volunteers are required to complete a self-administered health check prior to coming to work.
