Guidelines for Patrons

  • Please do not come to an event if you have any of the following symptoms:

– Coughing
– Shortness of breath of difficulty breathing
– Fever
– Chills
– Repeated shaking with chills
– Runny nose or new sinus congestion
– Muscle pain
– Sore throat
– Fatigue
– New GI symptoms
– New loss of taste or smell

  • If you have symptoms, contact your healthcare provider for instructions. COVID-19 testing is available through New Hanover County. Call 910-798-6800 for information.
Know Your Ws: Wear, Wait, Wash
If you leave home, know your 3 Ws! Wear a cloth mask over your nose and mouth, wait 6 feet apart and avoid close contact, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
  • In accordance with the State of North Carolina’s mandate, we require all guests wear a mask or facial covering. Wash your hands before and after using a mask. Avoid touching your face and make sure to position it securely over your mouth and nose.
  • Please maintain recommended physical distancing (6 feet or more) from those outside of your party at all times.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, please use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Thank you for being patient and kind to all volunteers, staff, and each other as we all try to adjust to a new normal.

Facility Safety Protocols

  • All staff and volunteers have completed the Count on Me NC Covid-19 Business Training.
  • All staff and volunteers are required to wear masks at all times and any staff or volunteer directly interacting with guest are required to wear gloves.
  • Staff and volunteers are required to complete a self-administered health check prior to coming to work.
