• Electronic Submission: Submit entries electrically – July 1 – Aug 1, 2025. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
• Image Format: Submit JPEG images no larger than 3 MB each. Label each file with the artist’s name, title, media, size of the work, and price (if for sale).
• Notification: Artists will be notified of acceptance of work on August 5, 2025
• Submission Deadline for Accepted Works: Deliver display-ready works (framed, wired, and ready to hang) to the gallery between August 6-15, 2025, between
10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.

• Artist Responsibility: Artists are responsible for delivering and picking up their artwork.
• Submission Limits: You may submit a maximum of 4 works across any one or combination of the following categories: Ceramics, Digital Media/Graphic
Design/Illustration, Drawing, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, and Two-Dimensional Design.
• Eligibility: All CFCC graduates/alumni can submit works.
• Originality: Works must have been completed within the past 3 years and must not have been previously displayed in the CFCC Annual Student Art Show.
• Ineligible Works: Mass-produced or photocopied works are not allowed unless copied or appropriated images are integral to the work’s design.
• Artwork Pickup: After the exhibition, collect your artwork from the WWD Gallery between October 20–24, 2025. Sign out your artwork upon retrieval. CFCC is not
responsible for artwork left after this date.
• Handling Policy: WWD/CFCC will handle all artwork with care but is not responsible for any damages incurred during storage, installation, or the exhibition.
• Size Restrictions:
o 2D works, including the frame, must not exceed 44” on the longest side.
o 3D works must not exceed 48” on the longest side or 84” in height.
o All 3D works must be freestanding, stable, and portable by two people.
• Usage Permissions: By submitting your artwork, you grant WWD Gallery and CFCC permission to use images of your work for promotional and advertising
purposes.
• Entry Form: An entry form will be emailed with the notification. This form must accompany your physical submission of accepted work.
